Fundraiser Campaigns
How a campaign works for your organization.
01 — Contact Mama K's
Reach out by email to set up your campaign. We'll confirm your organization, set your order deadline and pickup date, and provide order forms for your sellers.
02 — Your Sellers Collect Orders
Students, members, volunteers — whoever is running the campaign — collect orders from their networks using the Mama K's order form. Buyers choose their pizzas and pay your seller directly.
03 — Submit Your Campaign Order
Before your deadline, your organization submits the full order total to Mama K's. We invoice your organization for the order at wholesale price. Your organization keeps the difference.
04 — Pick Up & Distribute
On pickup day, your organization collects all pizzas from Mama K's and distributes them to your buyers. Frozen and ready to go home.
05 — $3 Goes to the Cause
From Mama K's side, $3 from every pizza in the campaign goes directly to the community cause. Plus your organization keeps its fundraising margin on top of that.
